How do I place an order?
      
Select the product you would like to buy in our online shop. If necessary, select the design or size and click on   ADD TO CART . You can continue shopping or, when you have finished shopping, confirm our terms and conditions with a click and then click on CHECK OUT .
      
Follow the steps provided. Once your order is complete and payment information is received, we will send you your tracking number.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
      
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you immediately with an approximate shipping date and at the same time offer cancellation.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
      
Our shipping is free

How long does delivery take?
      
We need 0 - 1 working day to dispatch the goods for orders placed before 3pm (CET). 
       The total delivery time for standard shipping is 8-10 working days.

Do we ship internationally?
      
We currently ship to European countries that are listed in our shipping policy . If the country you want to ship to is not listed, please let us know and we will try to activate your country.

How can I check my order?
      
You can search for status information for your order on the shipment tracking page. We will automatically send you the tracking number by email within 48 hours of your order.
      

       You can also have us check the status of your order manually. Simply send us your request.

Can I cancel an order?
      
Orders for items that have not yet been dispatched by us can be cancelled by sending us a notice. If the item has already been dispatched by post, our return policy must be followed.

Can I return the item I received?
      
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days from the day on which you received your goods, giving reasons. We want you to be happy with your order. If you have received an item that does not meet your expectations or is the wrong size, please contact us.

Type your search term into the upper white search field . The intelligent AI will also find relevant, similar products for you. All of your search results will not be lost. You can find them above under my  search results .

How do I remove a product from my purchase history because I have changed my mind?
      
Click on the shopping cart symbol in the top right. Then click on the trash can symbol next to the product you want to remove. You can also decrease or increase the quantity by clicking on + or - .
