AGB - General Terms and Conditions

Your contractual partner is Ferhad Rene Bijanpour, also referred to here as "camping2024", "we", "us" or "supplier".

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order and keep a copy of these terms and conditions of your order for future reference.


1. Contract format

1.1 These terms and conditions of sale apply to all goods offered by the online shop camping2024.

1.2 When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. However, your offer to purchase the goods will not be accepted until your payment has been received.

1.3 The contract is subject to the right of withdrawal. For details of this and the refund or exchange policy, see Return and Refund Policy

1.4 If you are under 18 years of age, please do not use the camping2024 website, as it is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

1.5 The sales price is aimed at private customers. Commercial customers please contact us before purchasing so that we can remove the VAT from the purchase price in accordance with the European intra-community reverse taxation agreement.

2.0 Description and price are located directly next to the item description on the respective product page.

2.1 All prices displayed are in Euro and include VAT.

2.2 If the goods you have ordered are not in stock at the time of your order or if there is a pricing error, the provider will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit the amount paid or debited from your credit card.

2.3 We have the right to refuse to accept your order if we consider this necessary for security reasons. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible by email and immediately refund any payments received from you.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for the goods can be made using the approved payment methods, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay, iDEAL, eps transfer and Bancontact.

3.2 No delivery will be made until we have received payment. 


4. Image rights
We use images in our product presentation with the permission of the respective product manufacturer. The image rights remain with the manufacturer.

5. Trademarks

We legally use trademarks or brand images to present the products. Ownership of all trademark rights remains with the brand manufacturer. Using these trademarks does not make us the owners of these trademarks.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia

7. Data protection

When processing payments in our online shop, the necessary data is forwarded to technical service providers, credit institutions and payment service providers.
In order to fulfill the contract in accordance with the GDPR, we pass on your data to the commissioned shipping service provider insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.

8. Dispute resolution


The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
