Return and Refund Policy
Who bears the costs for returning the ordered goods?
If the goods are defective or received incorrectly, we will cover the cost of the cheapest and most traceable return. In this case, we will immediately send the buyer a return ticket to download and print to their email address.
However, if the item is in perfect condition without any defects and the buyer received the goods correctly as ordered, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Never send a return shipment with the note "recipient pays".
In any case, a short and informal cancellation notice to us in advance via the contact form or by email, stating the reason for return and the customer number, is required.
Please include a copy of the invoice for the goods in the shipment.
conditions for return
Return period:
The goods can be returned to the return address below within 30 calendar days from the day on which the buyer received the goods. The shipment must be handed over to the transport company within the 30-day period. Tip: Keep your delivery receipt as proof of compliance with the deadline.
Condition of the goods:
We accept returns of new or slightly used products. The packaging may have been opened and the product may have been used. We also accept returns of defective and non-defective goods.
However, the product must not have been used improperly or negligently. If you have any questions about this, please contact us beforehand. We will be happy to help you assess the situation.
With original packaging:
Packaging on which the contents can be recognized in words or pictures must be returned together with the goods. If the packaging is no longer available, contact us. We will try to find a solution.
Money Refund:
As soon as the goods have been delivered to us, we will refund the full purchase price to the buyer within 7 working days (Monday to Friday) using the same payment method that the buyer used for the original payment.
We never charge return fees or storage costs!
Exchange
We generally do not exchange goods. If you are not satisfied with the product or the wrong product has been delivered, we recommend that you return it for a refund and make a new purchase.
The best thing to do is to let us know your requirements using the contact form and we will look for the best solution for you.
Cancellation before dispatch
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know using the contact form. However, if the goods have already been dispatched, we will unfortunately have to refuse your cancellation request. However, you still have the right of return described above.
We will try to dispatch the goods as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible!
